pan manages a network of more than 800 certified test centers located throughout the United States and in Canada.  The pan test delivery solution also includes a mobile testing capability.

Fixed Test Centers:

• Provide delivery of secure high-stakes testing services
• Are located in university/college settings, professional training facilities, and retail locations
• Provide access to public transportation and parking
• Provide a quiet, well-lit, distraction free testing environment designed with fairness in mind
• Provide a consistent testing experience for candidates from location to location
• Support test accommodations required by the American with Disabilities Act
• Are supported by fully-trained professional test proctors who are certified every six months
• Receive on-site audits by dedicated pan quality auditors

• Offers maximum flexibility for large-scale or remote testing situations
• Includes many of the same attributes listed for our fixed test centers

Web-based examination management system:

• Monitors and ensures strict compliance with proctoring and security protocols
• Enables continuous, real-time quality assurance monitoring
• Provides access to authorized client personnel to permit external monitoring
• Provides multiple layers of security to ensure candidate and exam data remains secure

Exam Administration Guides

pan collaborates with each client to develop a program-specific Proctoring and Technical Specifications Guide that: 

• Incorporates exam administration rules and proctoring protocols
• Is used for proctor training
• Serves as a day-to-day reference on operational policy and procedures

Proctor Selection and Certification

Our test center partners conduct their own proctor hiring and selection process.

• Proctors must pass criminal and employment background checks
• Sign pan non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements
• Proctors must successfully complete pan training and certification for each test they administer
• Re-certify every 6 months
