Management Biographies

Doug Cole, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Director
Doug Cole has had senior level operations and finance experience for over 20 years, including seven years as controller for Dana Corporation and 12 years as a Senior Vice President and CFO for Overhead Door Co., part of Klipsch-Lanham Associates. He brings a varied and impressive logistics and general business management skill set to pan, oversees all operations for the company, and works with other executives to manage important relationships with content partners and major clients. His role as CFO is to oversee all financial, tax, cash flow, operations costing, resource allocation and investment strategies, and he also manages the e-commerce program and accounting staff and vendors. He also has a deep operations background, and serves as the pan operations director, supervising all aspects of software development and technical and project management. He received his BS degree in finance from Indiana University and graduated from the MBA executive program of Dana Corporation.

Reid E. Klion, Ph.D., Chief Science Officer
Dr. Reid Klion is a psychologist and expert in personality testing and web-based assessment. He has published extensively in books and peer-reviewed journals and presents regularly at international academic conferences. He oversees the development of assessment products. Prior to pan, he was a psychologist for the Indiana University School of Medicine and the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. A graduate of Hobart College, he received his doctorate from Miami University.
