pan and MRI Announce New Alliance

June 28, 2005 – Performance Assessment Network, Inc. (pan), world leader in online assessment and talent management, and Management Recruiters International (MRI), the world's largest search and recruitment network, announced that they have signed a formal alliance agreement.

MRI's network of 1,100 offices worldwide will be able to offer their clients pan's best-in-class managerial assessments and related talent validation technology, including the patented pan testing system and the VitaT enterprise talent solutions. pan will be able to create opportunities for MRI with its installed base of assessment and talent management systems. The companies believe that bringing traditional search and recruitment practices together with web-based approaches to testing and assessment will result in new integrated talent management models.
