pan Creates New Executive-Level Position Dedicated to Maintaining Exceptional Customer Relation-ships

December 19, 2005 – As part of the company's efforts to continuously provide exceptional customer service, Performance Assessment Network, Inc.® ("pan®"), a world leader in online assessment and talent management systems, has appointed Greg Ginder as its new vice president of Client Services, a recently created executive-level position.

Ginder has been able to translate his extensive experience in finance and operations into an understanding of customers' overall business imperatives. By working closely with pan clients, he is also able to help them realize the success that can be achieved through the application of pan's powerful Web-based systems. Prior to joining pan in 2004, Ginder worked as deputy airport director for BAA Indianapolis LLC, management firm of the Indianapolis International Airport.
