Performance Assessment Network Inc.® ("pan®"), announced a strategic market agreement with SHL, Ltd.

("pan") is pleased to announce a strategic marketing agreement with SHL, Ltd. pan, the global leader in web based assessment technology, has started to distribute on its platform a selection of SHL assessments to its customers in the Americas.

pan will offer SHL assessments and reports to its already-established and growing network of customers in North and South America . Among the instruments is the well-known Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ). Grounded upon a work-based model of personality, the OPQ provides a framework for understanding the role of personality in the workplace and its impact upon job function. Various reports can be generated from the OPQ including those suitable for selection, development, and team building. Additional instruments that will be distributed include the NCT1 and NMT4, instruments that assess an individual's ability to interpret and think critically about numerical data.
