Some recent additions to the pan testing catalog are three Profiling for Success assessments: Learning Styles Indicator (LSI); Type Dynamics Indicator (TDI); and Type Dynamics Indicator-Version IW.  A new publisher to pan, UK-based Profiling for Success specializes in enhancing the contribution of people at individual, team and corporate levels.

The LSI explores how our underlying preferences affect the way we think, learn and communicate.  It contains 32 rating scale items and can be completed in 12 minutes or less.

The TDI is used to explore personal preferences using the model of Psychological Type.  It captures the essence of Jung’s thinking on personality preference in a way that makes it easier than ever before to access this essential resource for individual and team development. There is also an “IW” (or “I wish”) version of the TDI that includes items examining the “ideal self,” or “how I wish I were.”  Comprised of 64 rating scale items, both TDI versions can be completed in 20 minutes or less.
