More Information About the Watson-Glaser II

The Watson Glaser™ II Critical Thinking Appraisal (WGCTA-II) is the revised version of the Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal. It is comprised of 40 multiple choice items and can be completed in about 30 minutes. The WGCTA-II is useful for assessing an individual’s ability to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, and draw conclusions. It is suitable for selection as well as development in roles requiring an individual to work with business information to answer questions, determine strategy, reduce risk and maximize organizational performance.

The WGCTA-II has two equivalent forms, Form D and Form E, as well as a broad variety of norm groups.  Three reports are available for the WGCTA-II: Profile Report; Interview Report; and Development Report.

By publisher policy, this assessment is only to be administered in a proctored setting. The test administrator will take necessary steps to ensure the test is always administered in a proctored and secure environment.

 
More Information About the CPI 260® Assessment

The CPI 260® is an omnibus measure of normal personality designed for use in work settings. A short form of the California Psychological Inventory™, it has a very extensive research base that dates back nearly 50 years. The CPI 260® is comprised of 260 true-false items and can be completed in less than 30 minutes. It is suitable for selection as well as coaching and development.

The CPI 260® assesses 29 scales in five areas: Dealing with Others; Self-Management; Motivations and Thinking Style; Personal Characteristics; and Work-Related Measures.  Three report options are available: Client Feedback Report; Coaching Report for Leaders; and Combined Coaching Report for Leaders and Client Feedback Report.
